Cut hair with it being dry, like without them washing it. Cuz I am getting my hair cut tomorrow and I would rather not have it washed.

yes if you straighten it.If you have curly hair and where it curly it at least needs to be wet down.

just tell the stylist you already washed it.It should not be a problem.

impossible ..unless you want her to cut it crookedly . oh you mean getting it shampooed and rinsed .....yes you can just say no when they offer it

They can do a better job when it's wet. Just suck it up so your haircut will look nicer, and don't forget to tip.

When my cousin who is 12 got her hair cut she was asked if they could wash it because it was so dry. She didn't let them wash it so the hairdresser just used the spray bottle with water in it and wet most of it like that.

If your really worried about getting your hair wshed then the answer is simple.

Wash your hair before you go to the hairdresser's and keep it wet instead of drying it.

We can and sometimes do. It works better if you have wavy or curly hair for it to be cut dry. If your hair is straight, it may take a little longer, because of the stylist having to go back and check for stragglers that pop out of no where. It can be done, all you have to do is ask.

No they cannot cut hair dry but they don't have to wash your hair they can you the little spray bottle with water that they have at their station

yes, we can cut fry hair! If you don't want to pay for the shampoo, tell them just to wet it with the water bottle. It SUCKS cutting dry hair!!!!! It flies around more, it gets into our clothes more and it doesn't;t how to say this, cooperate. it lies better and is just easier to cut when it is wet. My opinion is that you get a better cut with wet rather than dry hair.

yeah they'll most likely just take a spray bottle and wet it down. then at the end a quick blow dry.

why dont you want it washed? Thats dirty... well you dont have to get it washed but they will wet it either way.. Its okay if you already washed it.. I mean washing your hair several times can't hurt it =] Plus I love when the hairdresser washes my hair it feels good like a head massage and my hair smells nummy aha

Sure! I've had mine cut dry and it always comes out nice. Do you not want it wet at all or just not shampooed? If you don't mind it just getting wet, tell your hairdresser that you already washed it that day.

That answer truly depends on the hairdresser themselves, each are different some choose to cut it dry as it helps them better see how you wear it and the exact shape of it. Some prefer it to be wet, I myself ALWAYS wash the hair, cut it, blow dry it and go back in again and cut, to make sure it lays perfect.

here - i.e., uk - thats called a dry cut and yes it can be done and yes its cheaper but sometimes your cut when you wash it and then dry it yourself does not sit the way it should, always best to get a wet cut!!!
