Most places have policies that they will fix hair if you don't like it. Just go and calmly explain your problem with it and I'm sure she'll understand. If she's nice, give her an extra tip. If she's not, ask to speak to her superior and/or demand it be repaired.

You should go back to the original hair dresser and express your concerns, if she is not willing to fix it free of charge then tell her that is unaccepatable and you will no longer be using her as your hair dresser. I'm sure she will work with you though most hair dresser's do.

Not a hairdresser but I am a consumer.

If you are not satisfied with a service you have paid for, you have the right to request that it be set right. I've never had extension done but I am sure that it wasn't cheap. You also have the right to demand that it be done again without being charged. But be warned the stylist can refuse to do it at no charge.

If it were me; I'd go back to the salon that you got it done and tell the stylist that you are not happy with the extension and ask her/him to remove them. Ask her/him to redo them and if she/he refuses to redo them, have her/him take them out and if you can afford it; go to a different salon.

There is no excuse for poor customer service and sloppy work. If you bought a scratched DVD wouldn't you take it back? It is the same principle.

How long ago did she put them in? I get braids done and there is a sign on the mirror that says free repairs will only be done within 3 days of getting it done.. after that you have to pay...

She might pull some crap that they dont look the same because you didnt take care of them or washed them, or that the quality of the hair itself is bad... if she does.. take your business elsewhere.

yes it is okay to get it redone. you should not have to pay for it again.

You definetaly go bakc and tell her! I'm a hairdresser and i hate guessing if my clients like their hair or not. I would rather them be honest because EVERYONE likes their hair a different way. Tell her that she did a good job last time and you would like them a little more full. She shouldn't get pissed she should be happy that your honest.

absolutely-if you paid for it you should get what you want. especially cuz you said she did it correctly last time. as a hairstylist I don't like to see my mistakes in another chair-give her a chance. Hopefully she will apologize and fix it no prob. If she gives you a hard time that's when it's time to switch. A good stylist will bite their tongue even if she thinks your hair looks fine, we are always told to remember "the customer is always right" and she should do it no prob because she doesn't want to lose you as a customer. :)
