yes,they could if you could find the right salon,as a stylist myself which I specialize in color mostly! You would need to go to a color specialiest because they will have the right products to achieve this look by the way which is super hot!

Take the photo with you %26amp; ask the stylist if it's possible with your color hair. Personally, I wouldn't try it, but it's your choice. You have black hair %26amp; to give you the mulitple hair colors you seek, will not be kind to your hair.
