How to tell a hair dresser to cut hair into a fro-hawk?

i am alwayz going to the hair dresser, great clips, most of the ladies that work there are older and dont know what the hell a fro-hawk is. i usually just say 2.5 around the back, then just blend it in. Short on the top. is this ok, or for a fro-hawk shouldi tell them something different?

i do not want a proper hard core fro-hawk, i want hair on the sides, and a good looking hawk in the middel not to thin.

help me please....

Print out this picture, tell them this is what you want, make sure you're both seeing eye to eye then let him/her cut your hair. Either that or go to a different salon (picture in hand) and ask them to cut your hair the way you want to. Hope this helped and good luck with getting your fro-hawk.
