I am going to get my hair highlighted and I am wondering if your supposed to tip the hair dresser...I mean, the high lights are already expensive....what should I do?

keep this in mind...yes it's expensive but the stylist is either having to pay rent to the owner for their work station or they are only getting a percentage of the total cost...%26amp; they buy their own hair products to use on customers...if you can't afford to tip you shouldn't have it done...unless you're really unpleased with the end result you should tip 10% at least

you don't tip the person that owns the salon but you do tip the person who worked on you as long as that are an employee. A few bucks should work
